Our Mission Statement
St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Eaton Rapids is a welcoming Catholic Community in the Diocese of Lansing,
consecrated to Jesus Christ, serving the spiritual and corporal needs of our brothers and sisters.
We commit ourselves to celebrating the liturgy togeather, living the sacraments in a life of prayer and communion with the saints. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we will preach the Gospel and serve the community in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior.

Councils & Commissions

Finance Council assists the Pastor with financial care of the Parish. Consultative in nature, they provide input in a variety of areas, including financial planning, fundraising, and financial development and upkeep of the Parish. 

Grounds Commission provides for the basic maintenance and care of grounds. From the flower beds to the trees, these men and women ensure that our 10 acres remain as beautiful as possible, giving glory to our Creator.

New Evangelization Commission is dedicated to fulfilling Christ’s call to Evangelism, these modern day missionaries are fully committed to lighting the spark of Faith daily in all those they encounter by finding the lost sheep, supporting the spiritual and emotional growth of all Christians, and renewing the Fire of Faith in God across the world starting right here at home.

Parish Council assists the Pastor with the administrative care of the Parish. Consultative in nature, they provide input in a variety of area, including Parish life, community leadership & development, and planning for the future good of the Parish.

Worship Commission plans each quarter’s Liturgical details and provides care for the altar furnishings through maintenance and dressing the Church for all Masses and services, creating a proper environment for worship.
